         " Padangusthasana"

Padangusthasana is a standing forward fold in yoga. This is a simple pose to perform. The practitioner bends over at the hips to grab the big toes while keeping the legs straight. The hamstrings may take time to loosen up, so the pose can be altered according to the skill level of the yogi. Padangusthasana is also known in English as big toe pose.
