"Marjaryasana"
Marjaryasana is an Asana.. It is
translated as Cat Pose from Sanskrit.The name of this pose comes from "marjara" meaning
"cat", and "asana" meaning "posture" or
"seat"
Massages and stimulates organs in the belly, like the kidneys and adrenal glands. Creates emotional balance. Relieves stress and calms the mind.
" Padangusthasana"
Padangusthasana is a standing forward fold in yoga.
This is a simple pose to perform. The practitioner bends over at the hips to
grab the big toes while keeping the legs straight. The hamstrings may take time
to loosen up, so the pose can be altered according to the skill level of the
yogi. Padangusthasana is also known
in English as big toe pose.
'YOGA ASANAS'
"Bharadvajasana"
Bharadvajasana is also called as bharadvaja's twist pose or seated twist pose. It is considered to be a really good exercise for spinal chord and hips. It helps the body to become flexible & loosens up the stiff muscles. It is not really complictaed asana but a simple posture where the person has to sit in the floor & twist his or her body.
